Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates between management and crews when no manager is onsite. Manage customer relations by greeting patrons, handling complaints per policy, and maintaining confidentiality while ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain off-shelf inventory to drive store execution and performance. Requires deductive reasoning, advanced communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. This part-time role offers a weekly base of $18.35 with access to dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
