Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads the CVS/pharmacy store team in executing daily operations, supervises crew, and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed while delivering strong customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, effectively communicating with store management and crews, merchandising and inventory tasks, maintaining displays, handling customer questions and complaints, and upholding company policy and confidentiality. The role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekend shifts, and may involve overtime as needed.
