Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and policy issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS service culture. Handle merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, executing displays, and resetting departments per POGs. Work flexible shifts including early mornings, overnight, and weekends, with anticipated weekly hours of 25. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store performance and building consumer loyalty.
