Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing daily functions, and communicating effectively with management and staff. Execute opening and closing procedures, handle customer service inquiries and complaints in accordance with company policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Manage merchandise presentation by pricing items, stocking shelves, executing promotional displays, and maintaining off-shelf inventory. Ensure all store operations run smoothly while prioritizing safety, quality, and excellent customer service. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with weekly hours of 15.
