Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor leads store operations in the absence of the manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and supervising store staff. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, communicating with management and crews, delivering strong customer service, handling customer relations per company policy, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and presentation per weekly/monthly plans, stocking and maintaining displays, and resetting departments per plan-of-goals (POG). The role requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer skills, along with advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. This position is part-time and pays between $16.50 and $24.00 hourly, with benefits described as part of the role.
