Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and policy issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS service culture. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays. Communicate effectively with store management and crews to drive performance and consumer loyalty. Work flexible shifts including early mornings, overnight, and weekends as needed to respond to urgent store issues.
