Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store staff in the absence of management, ensuring smooth store operations and guiding customer service excellence. Responsibilities include supervising crew, communicating with management and crews, handling customer relations per policy, maintaining confidentiality, pricing and stocking merchandise, managing displays and inventory, executing weekly and promotional merchandising, and resetting departments per planograms. Required qualifications include deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervision abilities, and the flexibility to work varied hours including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and potential overtime. Preferred Education is a high school diploma or equivalent. The role is part-time with anticipated weekly hours around 20 and a pay range of $18.00-$27.00 per hour; benefits are available depending on hours and eligibility.
