Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating with management when no supervisor is onsite. Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures, manage customer relations issues in accordance with policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain off-shelf inventory following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer proficiency to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with anticipated weekly hours of 20.
