Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and following up on all tasks when no manager is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage merchandise presentation, stock shelves, and maintain displays. Communicate effectively with store management and crews while handling customer questions, complaints, and relations issues in accordance with company policy. Maintain customer and patient confidentiality throughout all interactions. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
