Job Summary
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security officers while directing subordinates on duty performance and enforcing site policies. Make emergency notifications per post orders, conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance, and cross-train officers for site efficiency. Develop recommendations for productivity, cost reduction, physical security surveys, and personnel actions, while maintaining overtime levels and managing incident reports. Maintain poise during emergencies and mediate conflicts with tact, ensuring all contract training and screening requirements are met.
Required Qualifications
- Supervisory Experience
- Security Experience 2+ Years
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree of higher in any discipline
- Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Service in auxiliary police or police cadets
- Minimum of one (1) year verifiable and successful security experiences
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following: Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following: Ability to maintain poise and self-control during emergency situations
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following: Capability of understanding and applying written and verbal orders, and of composing reports
