Job Summary
Conduct daily operations by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback to ensure the Daily Concept Workflow is followed with precision. Supervise cleanliness and standards through delegated checklists, reporting issues promptly while maintaining Pink Standards. Support new juicers through training and validation processes, leading by example to create warm guest interactions and handle feedback professionally. Monitor commercial targets, manage deliveries, and guide the team to support store sales performance. Requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead under pressure. Reports to the Store Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure
- Passion for people, service, and personal growth
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift between 50 and 60 lbs
- Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements
- Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects
- Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill
