Job Summary
Lead a Chick-fil-A shift as a supervisor, directing Team Members to deliver high-quality, efficient service and uphold Chick-fil-A culture and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating setup and breaks, handling guest communications and complaints, managing cash and catering orders, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, training team members, and modeling mature communication and leadership to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months minimum relevant work experience (or 8 months with no relevant experience)
- Proficiency in Front Counter responsibilities
- Must be able to train
- Open and close availability
- Friday and Saturday availability
- Average 32-35 hours per week
- Safety and quality standards compliance
- SERV-SAFE Certification (Current or to be completed)
- Ability to lead and manage a shift
- Strong communication and leadership skills
