Shift Supervisor

Collaborate with teammates to achieve production and safety goals, organize shift meetings, and establish work schedules to meet production targets. Coach and motivate team members, conduct performance evaluations, and verify product quality through managed checks while ensuring all lines are cleaned per BRC standards. Document disciplinary actions, manage overtime paperwork, and confirm the shift is fully staffed by communicating with human resources. Requires ability to work 12-hour rotating 3-4 day shifts including nights from 7:00pm to 7:00am, lift up to 65 pounds, and pass drug screening.
