Job Summary
Assist the Casino Cage/Credit Manager in protecting assets by implementing accounting policies, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations. Supervise, train, and evaluate team members while maintaining customer credit records and resolving disputes. Perform physical custodial control of cage assets during assigned shifts, report variances, and audit transactions with the table games department. Approve check cashing and credit issuance, balance NRT machines, and perform duties of the manager in their absence. Requires 21+ years of age, money handling experience, and proficiency with gaming ticketing kiosks and CMS software.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Prior experience with money handling transactions
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in all facets of cage operations preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to utilize basic office machines as well as 10 key, Jetsort, Jetscan, gaming ticketing kiosks, and micro-encoder
- Ability to operate CMS, Central Credit, Global Cash, Western Union, ACSC, Microsoft Office, and KRONOS software and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to read, write and speak English
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations
- Ability to lift up to 26 pounds
- Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds
