Lead shifts as Shift Supervisor at Applegreen USA, ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, complete opening/closing procedures, and comply with brand standards and food safety requirements. Train newly hired team members, monitor cash handling policies, operate POS, process payments, and uphold accuracy and quality in food handling, prepping, wrapping, labeling, stocking, and temperature checks. Manage daily tasks including kitchen duties, stockroom maintenance, sanitation of workstation/equipment, and cross-sell/upsell of products while maintaining product knowledge and adherence to company policies. Communicate observations or concerns to plaza leadership and support a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
