Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at Applegreen US Hickory Run Travel Plaza leads shifts, trains new team members, and ensures adherence to brand standards and food safety. Responsible for opening/closing procedures, operating the POS system, processing payments, maintaining customer service quality, proper food handling, and performing a variety of kitchen tasks. Must manage cash handling policies, resolve customer concerns, and actively cross-sell/upsell products while maintaining product knowledge and compliance with company policies. Requires cash handling and customer service experience, and leadership experience is preferred; ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work a flexible schedule.
