Job Summary
Conduct daily restaurant operations under GM/AM direction, including inventory maintenance, cash control, and ensuring inspection readiness across food prep, restrooms, and guest areas. Coordinate shift staffing and labor assignments based on sales forecasts while coaching the team on customer service and brand standards. Enforce sanitary practices, report inventory variances, and manage cash handling procedures to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Assist in training associates to exceed operational standards and foster a safe, energized work environment. Full-time and part-time shifts available.
