Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations by assisting the GM/AM with inventory control, cash handling, and labor coordination to ensure shifts are properly staffed. Enforce food safety standards, maintain inspection-ready facilities, and coordinate daily assignments based on sales targets. Train and develop a productive team focused on promoting the brand while resolving customer complaints and soliciting feedback. Ensure all brand standards, safety protocols, and operational paperwork are completed accurately to maintain compliance.
