Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations by assisting the GM/AM with inventory maintenance, cash control, and labor coordination to ensure proper shift coverage. Enforce food safety standards, maintain inspection-ready facilities, and manage customer service by addressing complaints and soliciting feedback. Strategically train staff to promote brand standards while driving sales goals and fostering a team environment that meets operational and safety protocols.
