Job Summary
Conduct daily restaurant operations under GM/AM direction, managing inventories, cash controls, and labor assignments to ensure proper staffing. Maintain inspection-ready facilities by enforcing food safety protocols, cleaning standards, and emergency response procedures. Coach staff on customer service, resolve complaints, and drive sales goals while ensuring compliance with brand and legal standards. Complete daily paperwork and audit requirements to uphold operational excellence.
