Job Summary
Lead shift by supervising team members to deliver friendly customer service, ensure adherence to brand standards and food safety, train new hires, and enforce cash handling policies. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, operating the POS, processing payments, proper food handling and storage, supporting kitchen tasks, stocking and sanitation, cross-selling, maintaining product knowledge, and notifying leadership of issues; requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with focus on pace, performance, and compliance with policies.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience required
- Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
