Shift Supervisor - Bellefontaine North

Manage assigned shifts by directing Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service while implementing the shift plan to drive operational results. Conduct daily and weekly inventory inspections, receive truck orders, and perform basic equipment checks like fryer filtering to maintain brand standards. Coach Crew Members on handling crucial customer conversations, upselling tactics, and increasing team capabilities through feedback. Monitor cash control and security procedures, review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement, and perform Team Member duties as needed. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for long or irregular shifts.
