Shift Supervisor - Auntie Anne's

Lead shifts at Applegreen's Auntie Anne's location, manage team members to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring brand standards and food safety, assist in training newly hired team members, and monitor compliance with cash handling policies. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, operating the POS system, handling payments, ensuring proper food handling (wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, temperature checking), performing kitchen tasks (prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning), stocking and sanitizing workstation/equipment, cross-selling/up-selling products, maintaining product knowledge, and communicating issues to plaza leadership. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; ensure attendance and punctuality as required.
