Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly complete job duties, and follow all brand standards and food safety requirements. Directly assist in training newly hired team members while monitoring compliance with cash handling policies. Operate the point-of-sale system to process payments and actively cross-sell products. Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures, including prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning workstation equipment. Ensure proper food handling, stocking, and temperature checks are maintained throughout the shift. Inform plaza leadership of any observations, concerns, or problems witnessed. Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- The ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
