Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, complete job duties, and adhere to brand standards and food safety requirements. Train newly hired staff, monitor cash handling compliance, and manage opening, daily, and closing procedures. Operate the POS system, process payments, and enforce cash policies while executing kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and cleaning. Stock, sanitize equipment, and actively cross-sell products. Maintain product knowledge, resolve customer complaints, and report observations to plaza leadership. Available for flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- The ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
