Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, follow all brand standards and food safety requirements, and accurately process payments via the POS system. Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures while actively cross-selling products and resolving customer complaints. Train newly hired team members, monitor cash handling compliance, and execute kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, and sanitizing equipment. Inform plaza leadership of any observations or concerns and maintain a solid knowledge of available products and services. Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- The ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
