Job Summary
Lead shifts by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly complete job duties, and follow all brand standards and food safety requirements. Operate the point-of-sale system to process payments, complete opening, daily, and closing procedures, and actively cross-sell products. Monitor compliance with cash handling policies, assist in training new team members, and execute kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, and cleaning workstations. Resolve customer complaints while maintaining knowledge of available plaza offerings. Inform leadership of any observed concerns or problems. Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- The ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
