Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly complete job duties, and follow all brand standards and food safety requirements. Train newly hired team members, monitor cash handling compliance, and actively cross-sell products while resolving customer complaints. Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures; operate the POS system to process payments; and execute kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning. Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment. Maintain product knowledge and inform leadership of any observed concerns or problems. Available for a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
