Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, complete job duties, and adhere to brand standards and food safety requirements. Manage daily activities including opening, closing, and POS transactions while training new hires and monitoring cash handling policies. Execute kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and cleaning, plus stock, sanitize equipment, and actively cross-sell products. Maintain knowledge of all plaza offerings and report observations to leadership. Available to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
