Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly complete job duties, and follow all brand standards and food safety requirements. Manage team activities, assist in training new hires, monitor cash handling policies, and operate the point-of-sale system to process payments accurately. Execute daily opening, closing, and kitchen tasks including prep, cooking, stocking, and sanitizing equipment while actively cross-selling products. Maintain knowledge of plaza offerings and report observations or concerns to leadership. Available for a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- The ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
