Job Summary
Lead and support team members throughout each shift while assigning daily tasks to ensure smooth operations. Create an exceptional Starbucks experience for every guest by coaching staff and reinforcing service and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards while handling cash accurately and following all company procedures. Assist with opening and closing responsibilities to meet all Orlando International Airport badging requirements. This role opens at the new MCO location in August 2026, requiring availability for flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
