Job Summary
Lead and support team members throughout each shift while assigning daily tasks to ensure smooth operations. Create an exceptional Starbucks experience for every guest by coaching staff and reinforcing service and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards while handling cash accurately and following all company procedures. Assist with opening and closing responsibilities to meet Orlando International Airport badging requirements. This new location opens in August 2026 at MCO Airport, with hiring events scheduled for July 30, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- The ability to meet all Orlando International Airport badging requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, or fast-paced hospitality environment is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
