Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor at Tim Hortons responsible for supervising team members across a shift to ensure exceptional guest experience and adherence to hospitality, health and safety, and company standards. Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining staff with coaching and feedback, directing team members, coordinating coverage during busy periods, training and orienting new hires, managing shift documentation, supervision of cash procedures, enforcing policies, driving sales during shifts, resolving guest service issues quickly, and maintaining a positive, safety-conscious work environment. Requires leadership, communication, and operational knowledge to maintain service levels and support the Restaurant Manager and owners.
