Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at Tim Hortons responsible for supervising team members on shift to ensure standards around people, product, cleanliness, and Exceptional Guest Experience. Leads by example, assists in recruitment and retention strategies, provides direction to team members, trains and orients new staff, and ensures coverage and service levels. Manages guest interactions with a focus on hospitality, responds to guest service issues, supports incentive programs, and ensures compliance with applicable policies, food safety and health and safety legislation. Oversees shift cash procedures, documentation, and operational efficiency; escalates issues to management and helps drive sales during the shift while maintaining safety and organizational standards.
