Job Summary
Shift Supervisor responsible for health and safety of individuals in the residence, overseeing services in the absence of the Program Manager, ensuring compliance with agency policies and state regulations, and coaching staff. Duties include supervising and supporting individuals with daily living activities, coordinating medical appointments and community activities, ensuring a clean and organized home, providing training and role-modeling to staff, and maintaining program schedules and certifications (First Aid/CPR, MAP).
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in human services preferred
- valid driver’s license
- reliable vehicle on site
- two years of experience in human services
- knowledgeable of DDS/DMH regulations
