Job Summary
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction while adhering to company and government regulations. Key responsibilities include executing Speed of Service goals, resolving guest complaints, managing restaurant team performance, and ensuring product quality and compliance with sanitation standards. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have at least one year of restaurant experience, and must be certified in food safety programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must be 18 years of age
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
