Job Summary
Provide leadership and customer service while overseeing shift operations in a restaurant environment. Responsibilities include executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining safety and satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company and government regulations. Act as a role model for restaurant team members and assist in achieving performance standards. Manage food preparation, equipment maintenance, and operational reporting. Requires high school diploma, a year of restaurant experience, and certification in food safety.
Required Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred
- Proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must be 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Driving record and state mandated insurance
