Job Summary
Oversee daily security operations by supervising officers, conducting patrols, and enforcing policies to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Manage shift-based schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays while providing immediate response to incidents and emergencies. Maintain accurate logs, investigate reports, and coordinate onboarding and training for new personnel. Serve as a liaison between site management, clients, and security teams. Address performance issues through coaching and escalation as needed. This role supports continuous improvement and maintains high standards of professionalism within indoor and outdoor settings, requiring a valid security license and driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2–4 years of security experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Valid security license/guard card (as required by state law)
- Valid Driver's License with no discrepancies
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform patrol duties as required
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
