Job Summary
As a Shift Supervisor, you will provide leadership and exceptional customer service while overseeing the operational responsibilities during the shift. Responsibilities include executing Speed of Service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and managing food preparation according to company standards. You will lead the restaurant team, assist in achieving performance standards, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate conflict resolution. Additionally, you will manage business aspects such as employee labor, food costs, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
