Job Summary
Provide leadership and great customer service while managing a restaurant shift. Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations. Expectations include executing service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring product quality. Act as a role model for team members, assist in achieving operational goals, and manage employee labor within legal guidelines. Maintain certifications in food safety and sanitation, while collaborating with restaurant staff to enhance teamwork and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year Restaurant experience preferred
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
