Job Summary
Provide leadership and exceptional customer service while overseeing restaurant operations during shifts. Responsibilities include executing Speed of Service goals, resolving guest complaints, leading and assisting restaurant team members, managing product preparation and safety compliance, and maintaining high performance standards. Requires high school diploma, at least one year of restaurant experience, Shift Manager certification, and food safety certification. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess reliable transportation.
