Job Summary
Provide leadership and customer service in running a shift, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include executing service goals, resolving guest complaints, leading the restaurant team, maintaining product quality and safety standards, managing employee labor, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Shift Manager certified.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
- Must be 18 years of age.
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving such as District Manager, Area Training Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
