Job Summary
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and great customer service while managing shift operations. Key responsibilities include executing service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining team productivity, ensuring compliance with food safety and company standards, and managing employee labor. This role requires a strong focus on personal effectiveness and organization, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with the restaurant team and management. A high school diploma is preferred, along with prior restaurant experience and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving such as District Manager, Area Training Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Managers
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
