Job Summary
As a Shift Supervisor, you will provide leadership and exceptional customer service while managing a restaurant shift. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company and government regulations. You will lead the restaurant team by modeling appearance standards, participating in goal-setting, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts. Additionally, you will manage the business aspects by overseeing product preparation, equipment maintenance, labor management, and food costs. Compliance with food safety and sanitation standards is crucial, along with maintaining strong relationships with team members and customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving such as District Manager, Area Training Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Managers
- Must be 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
