Job Summary
Serve as a Shift Supervisor, leading the restaurant team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and compliance with company regulations. Responsibilities include executing service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining product quality, and managing restaurant operations, including employee labor and food costs. Must maintain food safety certification and adhere to sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, restaurant experience, strong leadership skills, and a collaborative approach to team management.

- Must be 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving such as District Manager, Area Training Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Managers
