Job Summary
Provide leadership and great customer service while managing restaurant shifts and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and compliance with food safety and labor regulations. Responsibilities include executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, managing employee labor, and maintaining product quality. The shift supervisor will lead the restaurant team by providing direction, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring equipment cleanliness and safety, while also reporting operational issues to management and participating in goal-setting.
Required Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Driving record and state mandated insurance for driving positions
