Job Summary
Provide leadership and excellent customer service while managing shift operations. Key responsibilities include executing Speed of Service goals, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring compliance with food safety and company standards. Lead the restaurant team by modeling company values, achieving performance standards, providing feedback, and facilitating teamwork. Manage the business side by ensuring product quality, conducting maintenance checks, and managing labor and food costs. Maintain certification in food safety and sanitation standards while supporting the management team.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving such as District Manager, Area Training Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
Desired Qualifications
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
