Job Summary
Shift Supervisor for the Refugio Unaccompanied Children Shelter oversees staff and clients, ensures staff-to-youth ratios, manages daily operations across shifts, and guarantees safety and essential services for unaccompanied children. The role involves supervising staff, guiding group interactions, coordinating scheduling, and collaborating with leadership to implement intervention strategies. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 years’ experience with youths, bilingual English–Spanish, and a flexible schedule. Weekend and evening shifts are included; travel within the United States may be required upon request. Office 365 proficiency and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
