Job Summary
Oversee restaurant operations as Shift Supervisor, providing leadership and ensuring operational responsibility during shifts. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain compliance with company and government standards, including food safety. Foster a positive work environment, assist crew members, and manage employee performance while ensuring product quality and safety. Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment functionality, manage labor and food costs, and execute marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year Restaurant experience with proven lead experience
- Must be 18 years of age
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Driving record and state mandated insurance for positions requiring driving
