Job Summary
Provide leadership and exceptional customer service by overseeing shift operations and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining a clean and orderly restaurant environment, and supporting the restaurant team in achieving performance standards. Must maintain food safety and sanitation certifications, manage labor costs, and facilitate effective communication within the team.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Shift Manager certified.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
- Must be 18 years of age.
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving.
